Richmond, VA / October 25, 2007 – Gutter Genius LLC, a Richmond-based gutter protection company, has announced that Robert N. Gardner has joined the company as its new Vice President of Franchise Development.

Most recently, Mr. Gardner was a franchise director with Interiors by Decorating Den, an Easton, Maryland based franchised company with more than 200 franchises across North America. His previous experience includes franchise development stints with Weichert Realty, a New Jersey-based real estate company with more than 250 franchise offices in the U.S., and ERA Realty, a division of Realogy Corp. with 3,000 offices worldwide.
